Our grand opening of Woodland Creatures Homeschool Enrichment Program for the 2026-2027 School year is underway!

We offer FREE and tuition-based homeschool enrichment one to two days a week from August - May for K-6 students

Our program is 100% outdoors and follows place-based project-based learning in nature

Who can apply?

We offer free and tuition-based programming to homeschooling families with children between the ages of 5 (or turning 5 before October 1st) and 11 years old. 

Our free program is funded through ERBOCES and requires families to submit an NOI (notice of intent) directly to us or through their local school districts. Families can not be enrolled in another private/umbrella school or funded program.

Program Overview

Our homeschool enrichment runs twice a week from 9:30am - 3:30pm

Families can enroll for either one or two days a week. Tuition-based families have the flexibility to enroll by session. 

Our class capacity is 18 students with 1 lead and 1 assistant teacher

9:1 Student/Teacher Ratio

If our class falls below 18 students two teachers will always be on premises for the safety of our students.

What is offered?

Each session has an overarching theme related to Colorado ecosystems, people, and nature

Students will engage in these topics through project development and hands-on learning experiences

Our program is 100% outdoors allowing students to be fully immersed in nature!

Our Tuesday classes are STEM-based, utilizing scientific thinking and analysis, experiments, and projects.

Thursday classes are Art-based, utilizing creativity, exploration of the senses, and different artistic mediums like clay, paint, watercolors, mosaics, and more!
